Beneficiation Plant definition

Beneficiation Plant means a plant on the Plant Site which beneficiates iron ore, together with ancillary facilities necessary for the operation of the Beneficiation Plant, which ancillary facilities may include facilities for conveyance of inputs including iron ore, water, gas and electricity to and outputs including beneficiated iron ore, water and by products from the Beneficiation Plant;
Beneficiation Plant means a mineral processing plant located in Western Australia that produces or is designed to produce upgraded ilmenite with an average titanium dioxide content of not less than 90%;
Beneficiation Plant means the processing facility where improvement is created by scientific treatment (through wet processes) on coal without impairment of its physical identity for the desired end use.
