Benefit Responsive Withdrawal means amounts generally withdrawn at Contract Value from the contract for qualifying Plan payments to a participant, beneficiary or alternate Payee, such as retirement, separation from service, disability, death, hardship or loans (if the Plan permits), pursuant to the terms of the Plan and the Internal Revenue Code.
