Although it is the good faith intention of the Operators to use the Billing Dispute Resolution Procedures to the fullest extent to try to solve Billing Disputes, nothing in this RAO shall prevent either Party from pursuing any other remedy in law or equity that may be available to them if a Billing Dispute cannot be resolved to their satisfaction.
Where the Access Seeker has paid an amount and subsequently notifies the Access Provider of a Billing Dispute in relation to that amount, within the Billing Dispute Notification Period, the Access Provider is not obliged to refund any/or that entire amount until the Billing Dispute is resolved in respect of that amount.
