Biological Opinion definition

Biological Opinion or “BO” means the section 7 biological opinion issued by the Service for the LCR MSCP.
Biological Opinion means a document prepared by the USFWS pursuant to 50 C.F.R 402.14 at the conclusion of formal consultation under section 7(a)(2) of the FESA.
Biological Opinion means the U.S. Fish and Wildlife’s biological opinion issued on November 20, 2015 pursuant to Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act regarding the Project and Other Facilities, as amended or updated from time to time as required.
