Board Committees definition

Board Committees means the finance and audit committee and the nomination and compensation committee of the Board, and any other committees which the Board may have from time to time;
Board Committees means committees established by the Board from time to time, including Audit Committee and Nominating and Remuneration Committee;
Board Committees has the meaning given in Clause ‎4.17.
