Borrowing definition

Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.
Borrowing means a Committed Borrowing or a Swing Line Borrowing, as the context may require.
Borrowing means a Revolving Credit Borrowing, a Swing Line Borrowing, or a Term Borrowing, as the context may require.

Examples of Borrowing in a sentence

  • Except as provided in Section 2.03(c), each Borrowing of, or conversion to, Base Rate Loans shall be in a principal amount of the Borrowing Minimum or a whole multiple of the Borrowing Multiple in excess thereof.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a Borrowing of a different Type (provided that Term Benchmark Borrowings denominated in a Permitted Foreign Currency may not be converted into ABR Borrowings but instead must be prepaid in the original currency of such Loan) or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Term Benchmark Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.

  • Not later than 11:00 a.m., four Business Days prior to the requested date of such Revolving Credit Borrowing or continuation of Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower (which notice may be by telephone) whether or not the requested Interest Period has been consented to by all the Lenders, (ii) 2:00 p.m. Local Time on the requested date of any Borrowing of Base Rate Loans.
