Brand Income Contract definition

Brand Income Contract means any Contract to which Participant or Brand Affiliate is or becomes a party under which Participant either is obligated to perform any services or grants rights in Participant’s Persona in exchange for any consideration, and in each case which is in the Field, other than Contracts excluded in their entirety (if any) pursuant to the definition of Excluded Income. For the avoidance of doubt, any life, disability or injury insurance policy covering Talent is expressly excluded from the definition of Brand Income Contract.
