Business IT definition

Business IT means all Information Technology which is owned or used by any Group Company in relation to the Business and which is material to the Business;
Business IT means all IT Assets which are owned or used by Seller and the Selling Subsidiaries or Transferred Subsidiaries.
Business IT has the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.3.1 of Schedule 12;

  • The GAME Parties have taken all reasonable best effort steps to safeguard the confidentiality, availability, security, and integrity of Business IT Systems, including implementing and maintaining appropriate backup, disaster recovery, and software and hardware support arrangements, in each case except as would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.

More Definitions of Business IT

Business IT means all Information Technology which is owned or used by any Group Company;
