The Company shall process Partner Data as a Service Provider under the CCPA and shall not: (i) Sell or Share the Partner Data; (ii) retain, use or disclose the Partner Data for any purpose other than for a Business Purpose specified in the Agreement; or (iii) combine the Partner Data with other Personal Infromation that it receives from, or on behalf of, another customer, or collects from its own interaction with California residents, expect as otherwise permitted by the CCPA.
When the Business Purpose has ended, Licensee will make no further use of the Confidential Information.
Termination of disclosure of Confidential Information will occur at the termination of the Business Purpose (e.g., as specified in a corresponding software license).
Seller shall not combine Buyer Personal Information regarding an individual that Seller receives from, or on behalf of, Buyer with Personal Information that it receives from, or on behalf of, another person, or collects from Seller’s own interaction with the individual, provided that Seller may combine Buyer Personal Information to perform any Business Purpose as defined in any relevant regulations adopted pursuant to the CCPA.
The Licensee shall not, without the prior written consent of the Licensor, use or disclose the Confidential Information or any part thereof except as necessary for the Business Purpose, and then only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
