Business Relationships definition

Business Relationships means the Company’s relationships with customers, suppliers, agents, licensees, licensors and others that likewise give the Company a competitive advantage.
Business Relationships means subsidiaries and commercial relationships of an undertaking throughout its value chain, including suppliers and sub-contractors, which are directly linked to the undertaking’s business operations, products or services;

Business Relationships means any professional or commercial contractual relationship established between a third party and the Company or its Subsidiaries and connected with the professional activities of the latter.
