Buyer Products definition

Buyer Products means those Products manufactured, marketed, distributed and/or otherwise made available by Buyer to Buyer's customers, which may include hardware and software proprietary to Buyer and/or Buyer's suppliers, including, without limitation, the Products acquired from the Seller under this Agreement.
Buyer Products means Buyer's branded skin care products, including lip gloss and nail care products, but excluding any of Buyer's hair care and hair growth product(s).
Buyer Products means BIO-key-owned software products (PortalGuard, WEB-key) and associated hardware products (EcoID II, SidePass, SideSwipe, PIV Pro, BIO-key FIDO tokens) and associated services.

Examples of Buyer Products in a sentence

  • If Seller offers to sell Buyer Products, Software, or Services from a specific manufacturer, Buyer shall not purchase such Products, Software, or Services directly from said manufacturer unless Seller provides prior written approval.

  • Seller may not subcontract work involving the Export of Buyer Products unless and until the terms in this section have been provided in writing to the subcontractor(s).

  • During the term of this agreement, Seller will sell to Buyer Products necessary to fulfill Buyer’s service and replacement parts requirements to Buyer’s customers at the then current production price(s) under this Contract.

  • Seller agrees that any feedback, suggestions or comments provided by Seller to Buyer with respect to Buyer Products, Services, Specifications, or Confidential Information provided originally by Buyer (“Feedback”) will be given entirely voluntarily and grants to Buyer the right to use, have used, disclose, reproduce, license, distribute, or exploit the Feedback for any purpose, entirely without obligation, payment or restriction on use or disclosure of any kind.

  • At Buyer’s request during the ten (10) year period after Buyer completes current model purchases, Seller will sell to Buyer Products to fulfill Buyer’s and/or its customer’s past model service and replacement requirements at the prices specified in the Purchase Order plus actual cost differentials for required unique packaging and manufacturing.


More Definitions of Buyer Products

Buyer Products means all Buyers human implantable devices which comprise polyaryletherketone; all Buyer Products shall be further described in Exhibit A, as amended from time to time;

Buyer Products means all products and services of the businesses in which Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries is now or hereafter engaged, including the business of making (but not having made) Third Party products for Third Parties when Buyer or any Buyer Subsidiaries is acting as a contract manufacturer or foundry for such Third Parties. The term Buyer Products includes the Technology embodied in and/or used to manufacture or deliver the products and services referred to in the preceding sentence as well as marketing and other collateral materials related thereto.
