The Trustee and the Warrant Agent may treat the Person in whose name any Call Warrant is registered on such register as the owner thereof for all purposes, and the Trustee and the Warrant Agent shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.

If the Depositor shall fail to make such appointment of a permanent successor within a period of thirty (30) days after such removal or within sixty (60) days after notification in writing of such resignation or incapacity by the resigning or incapacitated Warrant Agent or by the holder of a Call Warrant, then the Warrant Agent or registered holder of any Warrant may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for the appointment of such a successor.
