Cancellation Request definition

Cancellation Request means a request by the resident to cancel a residence application and/or terminate this Agreement to be made to VIU with the VIU Student Residence Cancellation/Withdrawal Request Form prescribed by VIU;

Cancellation Request means a service cancellation request completed by users by logging into their account and submitting request to cancel or sending certified mail.

Examples of Cancellation Request in a sentence

• Once the Registration Application is Accepted the CMA shall allocate the Supply Point(s) to the relevant Licensed Provider and the Licensed Provider shall be responsible for the Supply Point(s) with effect from the Registration Start Date (save where a valid Cancellation Request is submitted to and accepted by the CMA).

• Once the Transfer Registration Application is Accepted the Market Operator shall allocate the Supply Point(s) to the relevant Incoming Retailer and the Incoming Retailer shall be responsible for the Supply Point(s) with effect from the Registration Start Date (save where a valid Cancellation Request is submitted to and accepted by the Market Operator).

• Each Outgoing Licensed Provider shall submit a Cancellation Request to the CMA within the cancellation window (in accordance with CSD0103 (Registration Cancellations)) if the Outgoing Licensed Provider has submitted a Disconnection Request, in accordance with the Disconnections Document, to Scottish Water to temporarily disconnect the Supply Point and such Disconnection Request has not been cancelled, or executed and notified to the CMA.

• Both the Outgoing Retailer and the Incoming Retailer shall then be entitled to submit a Cancellation Request within the Cancellation Window (being the period of five (5) Business Days from the date of issue of the Confirmation Notice) in accordance with Section4.7.

More Definitions of Cancellation Request

Cancellation Request means a request to cancel the programming services of one licensee and replace them with the programming services of another licensee. (demande d’annulation)

Cancellation Request means Customer’s request, in accordance with this TOU, to the Company to cease the provision of Company Services for the particular Customer’s Account. For a valid Cancellation Request that the Company will deem effective, Customer must make any and all Cancellation Requests according to the following specifications:
