Capacity Payments definition

Capacity Payments means the monthly payments to be paid by CL&P to AER as defined in Appendix B.

Capacity Payments means the cash payments in Dollars that the PTTs are obligated to make to the Borrower pursuant to Capacity Sales Agreements.
