Capital Account definition

Capital Account has the meaning provided in Section 4.4 hereof.
Capital Account means, with respect to any Member, the Capital Account maintained for such Member in accordance with the following provisions:
Capital Account means the capital account maintained for a Partner pursuant to Section 5.5. The “Capital Account” of a Partner in respect of any Partnership Interest shall be the amount that such Capital Account would be if such Partnership Interest were the only interest in the Partnership held by such Partner from and after the date on which such Partnership Interest was first issued.

Examples of Capital Account in a sentence

  • If the cash balance of the Capital Account is insufficient to make such withdrawal, the Trustee shall, as directed by the Depositor, sell Securities identified by the Depositor, or distribute to the Depositor Securities having a value, as determined under Section 4.01 as of the date of distribution, sufficient for such reimbursement.

  • At the earlier of six (6) months after the Initial Date of Deposit or the conclusion of the initial offering period (as certified by the Depositor to the Trustee), the Trustee shall withdraw from the account(s) specified in the Prospectus or, if no account is therein specified, from the Capital Account, and pay to the Depositor the Depositor’s reimbursable expenses of organizing the Trust in an amount certified to the Trustee by the Depositor.

  • If the cash balance of the Capital Account is insufficient to make such withdrawal, the Trustee shall, as directed by the Depositor, sell Securities identified by the Supervisor, or distribute to the Depositor Securities having a value, as determined under Section 5.01 as of the date of distribution, sufficient for such reimbursement provided that such distribution is permissible under applicable laws and regulations.

  • Such Partner’s Capital Commitment Capital Account shall not be adjusted in any way to reflect the retention in the Partnership of such Retained Portion or the Partnership’s disposition of other Partners’ pro rata shares of such Capital Commitment Investment; provided, that such Partner’s Capital Commitment Capital Account shall be adjusted upon distribution of such Retained Portion to such Partner or upon distribution of proceeds with respect to a subsequent disposition thereof by the Partnership.

  • Each Capital Commitment-Related Capital Contribution of a Partner shall be credited to the appropriate Capital Commitment Capital Account of such Partner on the date such Capital Commitment-Related Capital Contribution is paid to the Partnership.
