Car Park definition

Car Park means all bays, building, equipment, surrounding fixtures, fencing and all property;
Car Park means any car park or car parks forming part of the Estate at any time during the Term;
Car Park means the car park at the Port where ABP authorises a Vehicle to be parked from time to time;

More Definitions of Car Park

Car Park means the car park located at the Centre;

Car Park means the following parking facilities and zones for parking of Vehicles operated by the Airport:
Car Park means the car parking facilities at and around the Stadium for which a Car Park Pass is valid;
Car Park means the area or areas of land, specified by name in the Schedule and defined by the plans attached in that Schedule;
Car Park means off street parking areas specifically delineated for particular sizes of vehicles including motor cars, motor bikes, commercial vehicles, for parking within designated lines (where provided). This excludes unlicensed trading by commercial or domestic vehicles.
