Carrier Services definition

Carrier Services means the resale of long distance services.

Carrier Services are defined in Section 4;

Carrier Services means a collective reference to the IP Services and the Digital Services. “Digital Services” include frame relay. ATM (defined in Section 2.2), transport, metropolitan private line and long haul services. Customer acknowledges and agrees that some or all of the Services will actually be provided by one or more third party telecommunications carriers who are not under the control of Switch (each a “Carrier”).

• Viasat’s CAF-II grant is only available in certain census blocks in certain states, and it is only available through Viasat’s subsidiary, Viasat Carrier Services, Inc.

More Definitions of Carrier Services

Carrier Services means a collective reference to internet, transport and other services provided to DTMB by one or more Subcontractors (each a “Carrier”), which are set forth on Schedule 2 to this Contract.

Carrier Services means the provision of carriage, including hubbing, routing, transit, reorigination and least cost routing on Global Network Facilities primarily between two or more countries to other International Carriers.

Carrier Services means (a) a connection to the Internet and/or to the Publicly Switched Telephone Network (“PSTN”) (b) connection to Infradapt’s hosting facilities or locations (c) point-to-point connections between Customer locations (d) or similar forms of network transport services to reach telephone and data communication services.

Carrier Services has the meaning as set forth in the Carrier Services Attachment.
