Cash Collateral Order definition

Cash Collateral Order means an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court authorizing the Company to use cash collateral on a final (as opposed to interim) basis pursuant to sections 361 and 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, which order shall be acceptable to the Investor and shall contain a cash budget that is similar in all material respects to the budget attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Cash Collateral Order means the Final Order (A) Authorizing Use of Cash Collateral for Texas Competitive Electric Holdings Company LLC and Certain of its Debtor Affiliates, (B) Granting Adequate Protection, and (C) Modifying the Automatic Stay [D.I. 855].

• On October 13, 2009, the Bankruptcy Court entered its SCI Final Cash Collateral Order.2 Pursuant to the SCI Final Cash Collateral Order, SCI is required to submit to the Prepetition Lenders on a regular basis a proposed operating budget for the entire Station Group (the “SCI Budget”) for approval by the Prepetition Agent and the Required Lenders (as defined in the SCI Loan Agreement and referred to herein as the “Required Prepetition Lenders”) as a condition to SCI’s ongoing use of cash collateral.

Cash Collateral Order means the interim and final orders authorizing the Debtors to use cash collateral, and granting adequate protection to the Senior Secured Lenders or otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors and the Consenting Stakeholders, as such may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof or by stipulation among the Debtors and the Consenting Stakeholders and approval thereof by the Bankruptcy Court, including the interim order entered in the Chapter 11 Cases at Docket No. 39, the final order entered at Docket No. 152, and Stipulation entered at Docket No. 215.
