CDW Vendor definition

CDW Vendor means any person or entity that provided goods or services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or otherwise did business with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries at any time within a two-year period prior to the Holder’s termination (for whatever reason) from the Company.
CDW Vendor means any person or entity that provided goods or services to CDW or otherwise did business with the Company at any time within a two-year period prior to Executive’s termination (for whatever reason) from the Company.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;
