Certificate of Expenditure definition

Certificate of Expenditure means the certification of expenditures to be provided to the City by Developer for Eligible Expenses on the form attached hereto as Exhibit J, as described in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Certificate of Expenditure means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit C to be provided by the Owner to the City in accordance with this Agreement and evidencing TIF Eligible Expenses incurred by the Owner and eligible for reimbursement to Owner under the terms of this Agreement and the Act. The Certificate of Expenditure is sometimes referred to herein as a “Certificate”.
Certificate of Expenditure means a signed document issued by the Organisation certifying that all of the funding was expended for the purpose of and in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Certificate of Expenditure in a sentence

  • Developer shall submit a separate Certificate of Expenditure each month, but no more than one time per month, for each of the STAR Bond Revenue Fund, CID Bond Revenue Fund 1, CID Bond Revenue Fund 2, and (if applicable) the Pay/Go CID Fund.

  • In order to receive reimbursement for Project Costs from the Public Financing Proceeds, Developer shall submit a Certificate of Expenditure in the form attached hereto as Exhibit N attesting to the expenditure of Project Costs in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

  • The County shall have twenty (20) calendar days after receipt of any Certificate of Expenditure to review and respond by written notice to the Developer.

  • In order to receive payment or reimbursement for Project Costs from Public Financing and/or from the UG Contribution, Developer shall submit a Certificate of Expenditure in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F attesting to the expenditure of the Project Costs sought to be reimbursed in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

  • In order to receive disbursement of STAR Bond Proceeds or Pay-Go CID Financing to pay for (or reimburse) Project Costs, Developer shall submit a certificate of expenditure in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 13 (each, a "Certificate of Expenditure") attesting that the Project Costs have been incurred (or will be, upon disbursement of the STAR Bond Proceeds) in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

More Definitions of Certificate of Expenditure

Certificate of Expenditure means the form to be submitted to the City by Developer pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement for seeking reimbursement of Eligible Expenses, which form is attached hereto as Exhibit H.
