Chapter 11 Plan Effective Date definition

Chapter 11 Plan Effective Date means, with respect to any Chapter 11 Plan, the date of “substantial consummation” (as such term is defined in Section 1101 of the Bankruptcy Code) of any Chapter 11 Plan; provided, that, for purposes of this Agreement, “substantial consummation” shall in any event be deemed to occur no later than the effective date of such Chapter 11 Plan.

Chapter 11 Plan Effective Date means the date on which all conditions to consummation of the Chapter 11 Plan have been satisfied (or waived) and the Chapter 11 Plan becomes effective.

Chapter 11 Plan Effective Date means the effective date of any chapter 11 plan of reorganization filed by the Company in the Chapter 11 Case that is confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court.
