Charging Statement definition

Charging Statement means the Company’s DS3 System Services Statement of Payments published on the Company’s website;
Charging Statement means the statement of charges to apply in a Gas Year as published by IUK in accordance with Standard Licence Condition 10 of the Interconnector Licence and the Belgian Gas Xxx 0000;
Charging Statement means, from time to time, the statement prepared by DCC pursuant to Condition 19 of the DCC Licence that is in force at that time.
