CHESS Approved Securities definition

CHESS Approved Securities means securities of the Company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules;

CHESS Approved Securities means securities for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the SCH Business Rules;

CHESS Approved Securities means securities of a company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASTC Settlement Rules.

• CHESS Approved Securities means securities of the Company for which CHESS approval has been given in accordance with the ASX Settlement Operating Rules, or such amended definition as may be prescribed by the Listing Rules from time to time.
