Class B Certificates definition

Class B Certificates. The Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.
Class B Certificates means any one of the Certificates executed by the Transferors and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
