Class C Note Rate definition

Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.
Class C Note Rate means 7.71% per annum.
Class C Note Rate means, with respect to each Interest Period, a fixed rate equal to 3.65% per annum with respect to the Class C Notes.

Class C Note Rate means 5.70% per annum.
Class C Note Rate means 1.64% per annum.
