Class X REMIC III Component definition

Class X REMIC III Component means any of the multiple separate "regular interests" in REMIC III evidenced by the Class X Certificates, each of which: (i) relates to its Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest; (ii) has an alphabetic or alphanumeric, as the case may be, designation of "X-" followed by the alphabetic or alphanumeric, as the case may be, designation of its Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest; (iii) accrues interest at its Pass-Through Rate in effect from time to time; and (iv) has a separate Component Notional Amount on which such Class X REMIC III Component accrues interest from time to time.
Class X REMIC III Component means:
Class X REMIC III Component means any of the multiple separate "regular interests" in REMIC III evidenced by the Class X Certificates, each of which: (i) relates to its Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest; (ii) accrues interest at its Pass-Through Rate in effect from time to time; and (iii) has a separate Component Notional Amount on which such Class X REMIC III Component accrues interest from time to time. The Class X REMIC III Components shall have the following alphabetic and alphanumeric designations: X-A-1; X-A-2; X-A-3; X-A-1A; X-A-J; X-B; X-C; X-D; X-E; X-F; X-G; X-H; X-J; X-K; X-L; X-M; X-N; X-P; X-Q; X-S; and X-T.

  • Each Class of Regular Interest Certificates, each Class X REMIC III Component and the Class A-2FL REMIC III Regular Interest will accrue interest at the per annum rate described in the definition of "Pass-Through Rate." Related to Class X REMIC III Component

  • Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interest As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Lower Tier REMIC Regular Interests Each of the Lower Tier REMIC Interests other than the Class LTR Interest.

  • Corresponding REMIC II Regular Interest means the REMIC II Regular Interest as defined in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Corresponding Certificates or any Corresponding Component.

  • Corresponding REMIC I Regular Interest means the REMIC I Regular Interest that relates to any particular Mortgage Loan (including an REO Mortgage Loan) or Qualifying Substitute Mortgage Loan that replaces such Mortgage Loan, which REMIC I Regular Interest has the characteristics described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • REMIC III Regular Interest The Class CE Interest, Class P Interest, Class IO Interest or any Regular Interest in REMIC III the ownership of which is represented by any of the Class A Certificates or Class M Certificates.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • REMIC 2 Regular Interest Each of the REMIC 2 Interests other than the Class LT2-R Interest.

REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP shall be entitled to any Prepayment Charges collected by the Master Servicer and to a distribution of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • REMIC II Regular Interest Any of the separate non-certificated beneficial ownership interests in REMIC II issued hereunder and designated as a “regular interest” in REMIC II. Each REMIC II Regular Interest shall accrue interest at the related REMIC II Remittance Rate in effect from time to time, and shall be entitled to distributions of principal, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, in an aggregate amount equal to its initial Uncertificated Balance as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. The designations for the respective REMIC II Regular Interests are set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto.

  • Class X-D Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-D Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Class X-A Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, the weighted average of Class X Strip Rates for the Class X-A Components for such Distribution Date (weighted on the basis of the respective Component Notional Amounts of such Components outstanding immediately prior to such Distribution Date).

  • Subsidiary REMIC Regular Interest Any one of the "regular interests" in the Subsidiary REMIC described in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account The account or accounts created and maintained as a separate account (or separate sub-account within the same account as another Distribution Account) or accounts by the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 3.05(b) of this Agreement, which (subject to any changes in the identities of the Trustee and/or the Certificate Administrator) shall be entitled “Citibank, N.A., as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of Benchmark 2019-B12 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-B12, Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account” and which must be an Eligible Account. The Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account shall be an asset of the Lower-Tier REMIC.
