Client Materials definition

Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

Client Materials means [all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services];

• A Party shall have good cause for termination if there are any circumstances that would make a continued cooperation of the Parties unduly burdensome for the terminating Party, including, but not limited to, a breach of Section 11 (Confidentiality) by one of the parties, a breach of Section 4 (Access Right; Restrictions) by Client or a breach of Section 5 (Client Data and Client Materials) by Diligent.

• The warranty will not apply: (i) if the applicable Diligent Service or Software is not used in accordance with this Documentation; or (ii) if the defect is caused by Client Data, Client Materials or any third party services, content, products or modification or customisation made by Client to such Diligent Service or Software unless the aforementioned has been recommended or approved by Diligent.

• The Services, all materials used in the performance of any Implementation Services (other than any Client Materials (as defined below)) and all deliverables provided in the performance of any Implementation Services will at all times remain the exclusive, sole and absolute property of Company or its licensors.

More Definitions of Client Materials

Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

Client Materials means all documents, electronic media, information, items and materials in any form that is owned and has been supplied by the Client. This includes any sponsor marks;

Client Materials means any and all materials, including but not limited to Photographs, Video, Quotes, Sales materials, technical specifications, which the Client may provide to the Company for use in its provision of the Social Media Marketing Services;

Client Materials means any goods, products and materials in whatever form (including all Intellectual Property Rights in the same) provided or made available by the Client to MIKROS for use in connection with this Agreement, and including any master tapes, film negative prints, sound tapes, video tapes or visual images or sound held in any media.

Client Materials means all documents, information, items and materials in any form (whether owned by the Client or a third party) which are provided by the Client to the NCC Group in connection with the Services,

Client Materials means tools, instructions, specifications, or other materials provided by Client to PA.

Client Materials means Client reagents and other materials supplied by Client or its third party supplier to be used in the Service hereunder, as each is further defined in the PSA and/or applicable QAG. In the case of a Drug Product PSA, Client Materials shall also include Drug Substance and/or other active pharmaceutical ingredients, which may or may not be Manufactured by SBL.
