The Purchaser shall pay and/or direct to be paid the cash portion of such purchase price to the Mortgage Loan Seller on the Closing Date by wire transfer in immediately available funds or by such other method as shall be mutually acceptable to the parties hereto.
The Mortgage Loan Seller shall reasonably cooperate with any examination of the Mortgage Files for, and any other documents and records relating to, the Mortgage Loans, that may be undertaken by or on behalf of the Purchaser on or before the Closing Date.
