Cloud Environment definition

Cloud Environment means the collection of remote environments provided to Customer on which the Cloud Application(s) operates that is supported by Hexagon.
Cloud Environment means a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e. g., networks, servers, storage, applications and services) managed so they behave as if they were one computer.
Cloud Environment means the Linux or Windows cloud-based computing environment that Licensee uses (either through EditShare or through arrangement with a third-party cloud computing service provider) for operation of the Software. The Cloud Environment must comply with the recommendations provided by EditShare.

  • As part of our “Cloud Architecture” offerings, we will also provide you cloud environment support for your purchased nodes, as described in this section, which includes support of your MicroStrategy Cloud Platform (in both production and non-production environments) managed by MicroStrategy experts in the MicroStrategy Cloud Environment.

  • During the MCE Service Term, you may only access and use the “Cloud Platform” version of our Products as part of the MCE Service provided by us pursuant to these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Service Terms.

  • Upon termination of all orders governed by these MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Terms, we will make all Customer Content available for your download in the format in which it was stored as part of the MCE Service for thirty (30) days after termination, after which time it will be deleted.

  • The terms of this Section IV (“MicroStrategy Cloud Environment Service Terms”) apply exclusively to the provision of the MCE Service.


More Definitions of Cloud Environment

Cloud Environment means a set of systems and processes acting together to provide services in a manner that is disassociated with the underlying specific hardware or software used for such purpose, and includes Hybrid Clouds, Private Clouds, Public Clouds and Community Clouds, as defined by NIST Special Publication 800-145.
Cloud Environment means the cloud environment provided by the Cloud Provider into which Company deploys the Tecton Control and Data Planes.
Cloud Environment of a party means the cloud or other compute or storage infrastructure controlled by the party and utilized under the Agreement.
Cloud Environment means the Linux or Windows cloud-based computing environment that Licensee uses of (either through EditShare or through arrangement with a third-party cloud computing service provider) for operation of the Software. The Cloud Environment must comply with the recommendations provided by EditShare.
Cloud Environment means a technology infrastructure developed to provide applications as a service over the Internet, hosted remotely from the Subscribing Participant’s physical locations.
Cloud Environment means Software and Services supplied by Us to enable access to the Software; Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, if by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction and “Process”, “Processed” and “Processes” shall be construed accordingly; Our or Ours means pertaining or belonging to The Access Group;
Cloud Environment means the computing and networking resources (including servers, storage systems, backups systems, and network access components) provided or used by Ellucian.
