COLLOCATION SITE definition

COLLOCATION SITE means the site at which the facilities for the corresponding Channel are, or are to be, collocated at a common transmitter site with other Channels that are used to provide Wireless Telecommunications Service on the System.
COLLOCATION SITE means the physical location for the accommodation of the Collocation User’s equipment;
COLLOCATION SITE means each location in which Customer is granted collocation rights hereunder including POPs, regeneration and transmission sites, central offices and commercial buildings. The initial Collocation Sites are listed in Exhibit A (includes the specified number of racks listed for each such location) and any provided in the future pursuant to Section 3.5(a).

  • The Customer will not be permitted to make any alteration or modification to the Collocation Site, or any of the Racks, storage facilities, fixtures and fittings or any other facilities provided by Collocation Provider.

  • If the Customer and Sprint agree that additional Equipment should be installed, Sprint reserves the right to relocate all or some of the Equipment to enable all such Equipment to be in the same area of the Collocation Site.

  • A person will only be “appropriately authorized” if Customer has given to Collocation Provider prior written notice that the person is to permitted access to the Equipment on Customer’s behalf, indicating names, titles, assignment locations, and phone numbers of all the individuals who are authorized by Customer to access each Collocation Site, including both Customer personnel as well as any third party maintenance vendors.

  • Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a Building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.
