Colocation Service definition

Colocation Service means a non‐exclusive right to install and retain the Colocated Equipment in the Housing Space, granted by LeaseWeb to Customer with effect from the RFS Date for the duration of the Term.
Colocation Service means the provision of designated space in a data center facility in which Customer rents space for Customer’s servers and other computing hardware. The service might also in- clude cooling, power, dedicated internet connection, and/or physical security and related support. Depending on Customer’s require- ments and space availability, space may range from a single rack- unit or server shelf to locked cabinets and custom-sized cage and/or private suites.
Colocation Service means the provision of area(s) or space(s) including but not limited to any cabinets, cages, suites or rooms as well as the associated power supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, physical security and associated Remote Hands Services;

Examples of Colocation Service in a sentence

  • Each Forecasting Report is to set out, for each Wholesale Service Category (other than the Central Office and POI Co-location Service), the Service Provider’s forecast for that Wholesale Service Category by reference to each applicable Candidate Area.

  • Following notification by the LFC of completion of Service Order Charge equivalent to 2 months recurring fee for Direct Fibre Access Service 3 Central Office and POI Co-location Service‌ Non-recurring Charges for the Central Office and POI Co-location Service are found under Ancillary Charges in Appendix 3.

  • Annual Co-location Charge means the annual charge detailed below in this Schedule 2 (RBI 2 Co-location Pricing) and payable by the Registered WISP for the Wholesale Tower Co-location Service received in relation to an RBI 2 Site in accordance with this Agreement and the RBI 2 Operations Manual.

  • The Access Provider will ensure that its equivalent agreements with other WISPS wishing to participate in the Design & Build Process and obtain the Wholesale Tower Co-location Service on any RBI 2 Towers will not differ materially from the terms of this Agreement.

  • If the Registered WISP is a Non-Cellular Access Seeker, then, save as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the Access Provider will make the Wholesale Tower Co-location Service available to the Registered WISP in accordance with the STD (but subject to the Additional Requirements) and the pricing provisions of this Agreement.

Related to Colocation Service

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Education service provider means an education management organization, school

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.

  • Basic generation service provider or "provider" means a

  • telecommunication service means service of any description (including electronic mail, voice mail, data services, audio text services, video text services, radio paging and cellular mobile telephone services) which is made available to users by means of any transmission or reception of signs, signals, writing, images and sounds or intelligence of any nature, by wire, radio, visual or other electromagnetic means;

  • Network Transmission Service means transmission service provided pursuant to the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Tariff, Part III, or transmission service comparable to such service that is provided to a Load Serving Entity that is also a Transmission Owner.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Communication service means a service capable of accessing, connecting with, or interfacing with a 9-1-1 system, exclusively through the numerals 9-1-1, by dialing, initializing, or otherwise activating the 9-1-1 system through the numerals 9-1-1 by means of a local telephone device, cellular telephone device, wireless communication device, interconnected voice over the internet device, or any other means.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Transmission Service Provider means the entity that administers the transmission tariff and provides transmission service to transmission customers under applicable transmission service agreements.

  • Information Service is the offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.   • Wireless service means any service, using licensed or unlicensed wireless spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile, provided to the public using a network node.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.
