Commercial Complex definition

Commercial Complex means two or more Commercial Uses on a single Lot or adjacent Lots which are dependent upon each other to meet minimum standards for parking, vehicular circulation, or Landscaping or which are approved as elements in an overall Site Plan under a Conditional Use or Subdivision application.
Commercial Complex means a building or buildings on a property or adjoining properties, under one ownership or under the ownership of a condominium corporation, containing one or more commercial businesses and which may include, in addition, residential uses.
Commercial Complex means all Project Facilities, other than Convention Centre & associated infrastructure, as planned and developed on the Site.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Concessionaire shall not sub-licence, assign or in any manner create an Encumbrance on any Project Asset forming part of Commercial Complex without prior written approval of the Authority, which approval the Authority may, in its discretion, deny if such sub-licence, assignment or Encumbrance has or may have a material adverse effect on the rights and obligations of the Authority under this Agreement or Applicable Laws.

  • The concessionaire shall appoint Reputed Engineering & Design consultant at its own expense for preparation of Architectural, Structural Design and Drawings for the Multi level Parking and Commercial Complex including foundations, substructure, superstructure, miscellaneous items, MEP systems, Parking management systems, temporary works such as approach roads, staging, centering, shuttering etc.

  • The Concessionaire shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the proposed Multi Level Car Parking cum Commercial Complex Project at Kangla Pat, Imphal and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Completion Certificate or Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, shall be issued for Commercial Complex separately by the Authority.

  • The Concessionaire shall construct the Multi Level Car Parking and Commercial Complex in accordance with the Project Completion Schedule as agreed upon mutually at the time of signingof Concession Agreement, subject to the condition that the Multi Level Car Parking and Commercial Complex construction shall be complete within a time period of 36 months (including monsoon) from such a date.
