Commercial Paper Interest Determination Date definition

Commercial Paper Interest Determination Date means, in relation to a particular Interest Reset Date, the second Business Day immediately preceding such Interest Reset Date.
Commercial Paper Interest Determination Date means, in relation to a particular Interest Reset Date, the first Business Day immediately preceding such Interest Reset Date.
Commercial Paper Interest Determination Date a "Federal Funds Interest Determination Date", a "LIBOR Determination Date", a "Prime Interest Determination Date" or a "Treasury Interest Determination Date." Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Security set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. Unless the certificate of authentication hereon has been executed by the Trustee referred to on the reverse hereof by manual signature or its duly authorized agent referred to on the reverse hereof by manual signature, this Security shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Indenture (as defined on the Reverse of Note) or be valid or obligatory for any purpose.

  • If the Base Rate specified on the face hereof with respect to any Interest Period is the Commercial Paper Rate, this Note is a "Commercial Paper Rate Note" with respect to such Interest Period and the interest rate with respect to this Note for any Interest Reset Date relating to such Interest Period shall be the Commercial Paper Rate and the Spread and/or the Spread Multiplier, if any, as specified on the face hereof, as determined on the applicable Commercial Paper Interest Determination Date.

  • SOFR Interest Determination Date means the day that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date in respect of the relevant Interest Period, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.In addition to the Interest Periods and the Interest Payment Dates, the applicable Pricing Supplement shall specify and describe, as applicable, any relevant interest commencement date, interest period end date, interest determination date, index maturity, rate cut-off date, any other terms relating to the particular method of calculating interest on the Average SOFR Note (including any applicable payment delay, lockout or suspension period, lookback or observation shift) and any other terms applicable specifically to such Average SOFR Note.Term SOFR NotesUnless otherwise provided for or modified in the applicable Pricing Supplement, Term SOFR Notes will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to Term SOFR (as defined below) (or Specified-Tenor Term SOFR (as defined below)), plus the Spread.
