COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES definition

COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include the facilities and amenities as mentioned in Part II of the Third Schedule hereunder.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means corridors, stairways, passage ways, approach roads, lifts provided by the Developer, pump room, tube well, overhead tank, water pump, generator room, fire protection, transformer and motor and other facilities which may be mutually agreed upon between the parties and required for the establishment, location enjoyment maintenances and/or management of the building.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include Generator, Fire Fighting systems, Club Facility and other facilities and amenities in the Complex as mentioned in Part II of the Third Schedule hereunder. It is made clear that the Common Areas, Facilities and Amenities in the Complex are for establishment, location, enjoyment, provisions, maintenance and/or management of the Complex as would be decided by Promoter after sanction of plan. It is further made clear that the specified internal and external passages, passage-ways, car parking space, driveways, pump house, water pump and motor, common lavatories, Generator, Fire Fighting systems, Club House and other facilities in the Complex to be specified separately would be for common use of the co-owners of Phase I, II and III.

More Definitions of COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include the facilities and amenities as mentioned in Part II of the Third Schedule hereunder, for the common uses and enjoyment of all the Allottees of the Project.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include the areas, facilities and amenities as mentioned in Part VI of the Schedule-Ahereunder.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include as mentioned in the Part- II of the Fourth Schedule hereunder written and to be enjoyed in common with all the Purchaser(s) of the Project together with other Purchaser(s) of the adjoining residential complex known as Silver Oak Estate, developed by the Promoter herein.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include the areas, facilities and amenities as mentioned in Part II of the Third Schedule hereunder. COMMON MAINTENANCE EXPENSES – shall mean and include all expenses for maintenance, management, upkeep and administration of the Common Areas and Common Facilities and Amenities and for rendition of common services in common to the Purchasers as mentioned in the Fourth Schedule hereunder written and all other expenses for the Common Purpose to be contributed, borne, paid and shared by the Purchasers. COMMON PURPOSES – shall mean and include the purpose of managing, maintaining and up keeping the said Project as a whole in particular the Common Areas, Common Facilities and Amenities, rendition of common services in common to the Purchasers, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and administering and dealing with the matters of common interest of the Purchasers and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Apartments exclusively and the Common Areas, Common Facilities and Amenities of the Building and the Project in common CO-TRANSFEREES – shall mean all the buyers/owners who for the time being have either completed the purchase of any Apartment in the building or have agreed to purchase any Apartment in the building and have taken possession of such Apartment.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include corridor, stairways, passage ways, lift, pump room, overhead tank, water pump, motor pumps, drainage pipe lines, septic tanks, common toilets, wash rooms, electric meters room, transformers, fire fighting system, air conditioning system in the corridor and the staircases and other facilities which may be mutually agreed upon between the parties and required for establishment, maintenance and/or management of the building, as morefully mentioned and described in the Schedule ‘D' written hereunder.
COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES means and include the areas, facilities and amenities as mentioned in Part II of the Fourth Schedule hereunder;

Related to COMMON FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Communication Facilities means video, video-conferencing, internet or online conferencing applications, telephone or tele-conferencing and/or any other video-communications, internet or online conferencing application or telecommunications facilities by means of which all Persons participating in a meeting are capable of hearing and being heard by each other;

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
