Community Forest definition

Community Forest means an area which, under section 15, has been declared to be a community forest;

Community Forest means the national forest transferred to the users’ group pursuant to Section 18.

Community Forest means a land held for the purpose of development, conservation and utilization of forests on natural forests taken from the state or on communally held lands by the surrounding societal groups of the forest who organized in cooperative. 06 "ጥብቅ ደን" ማለት በዋናነት ለተፋሰስ እንክብካቤ፣ ለብዝህ ሕይወትና በአጠቃላይ ለአካባቢ ጥበቃ እንዲሁም ለሥልጠናና ለምርምር አገልግሎት እንዲውል ከሰውና ከእንሰሳት ንክኪ ነፃ በሆነ ሁኔታ እንዲጠበቅና እንዲለማ የተሰየመ ደን ሲሆን በዚህ አዋጅ አንቀጽ ፰(፫) የተደነገገው እንደተጠበቀ ይሆናል፡፡ 07 "የደን ውጤት" ማለት ዛፍ ወይም የዛፍ ተፈጥሮአዊ አካል የሆነ በሰው እጅ የተመረተ ወይም በፋብሪካ የተዘጋጀ የደን ምርት ነው፡፡08 "የደንና ተዛማች ሀብቶች" ማለት ከላይ ከተጠቀሱ የደን ዓይነቶች በተጨማሪ የመኖ ቁርጥራጭ፣ ግንጣይ፣ ወዘተ ያጠቃልላል፡፡09 "ተፋሰሰ" ማለት የዝናብ ጎርፍ በአንድ አካባቢ የሚሰበሰብበትና የተሰባሰበውም በጎርፍ ውሃ መልክ በአንድ የጋራ መውጫ ያው የመሬት ገጽታ ሲሆን በውስጡ ያለውን እንሰሳት፣ እጽዋትና ሰውን ያካትታል፡፡ ፳ "ጣውላ ነክ ያልሆነ የደን ውጤት" ማለት ጣውላ ነክ የደን ምርትን ሳይጨመር ከተፈጥሮ ወይም ከሰው ሠራሽ ደኖች የሚገኝ የደን ውጤት ነው፡፡፳፩ "የደን ውጤቶች ማዘዋወሪያ ፈቃድ" ማለት የደን ውጤቶችን ከማምረቻ ቦታ ወደ ተለያዩ ቦታዎች ለማንቀሳቀስ የሚሰጥ የምርቱን መነሻና መድረሻ የሚገልጽና ለተወሰነ ጊዜ አገልግሎ የሚሰጥ ፈቃድ ነው፡፡
