This prohibition includes, but is not limited to redlining practices, such as discrimination in: marketing and advertising; the selection of sites for and the provision of services through branch offices or other channels, including the placement of mortgage loan officers; the delineation of an assessment area under the Community Reinvestment Act of 0000 (“XXX”), 00 X.X.X. §§ 0000-0000; and the determination of geographic areas in which loan applications are solicited or funded, except as set forth herein.
