Community Services Department. The work week for employees in the Community Services Department shall be a regular five-day schedule of hours Monday through Friday, for a total 36.25 hours per week between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with a 45- minute unpaid lunch break. Hours may be extended or shifted to include evenings or Saturdays at the discretion of the Department Head. Association members employed before January 1, 2017 shall not have their regular work hours changed, however they may be asked to work Saturdays or evenings on a volunteer basis.
