Company Designees definition

Company Designees has the meaning specified in Section 9.06.

Examples of Company Designees in a sentence

• If there are no Company Designees then serving on the Board, a majority of the members of the Advisory Board (or the sole remaining member thereof) shall have the right to nominate the successors of the Company Designees.

More Definitions of Company Designees

Company Designees means any and all Persons that are designated by the Company and that will be members of the Company Group as of immediately following the Distribution Effective Time.

Company Designees means (i) the Directors duly designated and appointed to the Board as of the date hereof, in each case pursuant to Section 5.18 of the Securities Purchase Agreement, and (ii) the individuals nominated by the Independent Company Designees pursuant to Section 2.1(d).

Company Designees means any and all Persons that are designated by the Company and that will be members of the Company Group as of immediately following the Closing Date.
