Company Exchange definition

Company Exchange shall have the meaning specified in subsection 5.10(a).
Company Exchange shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.11(a) of the Pooling Agreement.

  • Has not been debarred for being Shareholder, Director, CEO and Key Executive or in similar capacity of an Exchange Company/ Exchange Company of ‘B’ category/ franchise of an exchange company/ any other financial institution.

  • No person can become a Shareholder/Director/employee and Franchise/Payment Booth owner/employee of the Exchange Company/ Exchange Company of ‘B’ Category, if he/she is Shareholder/Director/employee and Franchise/Payment Booth owner/employee of any other Exchange Company/Exchange Company of ‘B’ Category.

  • Local Exchange Access Service (Switching and Access Line) provides for an access line and the ability to switch or complete a call made by one end user within the Telephone Company Exchange to another end user within the Telephone Company Exchange.

  • Has not been involved with management or conduct of the affairs of an Exchange Company/ Exchange Company of ‘B’ category/ franchise of an Exchange Company/ any other financial institution or any other organization that has been refused authorization/license to carry foreign exchange business etc.

Related to Company Exchange

  • Free Exchange means an exchange of a Commission Share of one Fund for a Commission Share of another Fund under circumstances where the CDSC which would have been payable in respect of a redemption of the exchanged Commission Share on the date of such exchange is waived and the Commission Share issued in such exchange is treated as a continuation of the investment in the Commission Share exchanged for purposes of determining the CDSC payable if such Commission Share issued in the exchange is thereafter redeemed.

  • National Exchange means the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market, or the New York Stock Exchange.

  • Primary Exchange means, with respect to each Index constituent or each constituent underlying a Successor Index, the primary exchange or market of trading such Index constituent or such constituent underlying a Successor Index.

  • Applicable Exchange means the New York Stock Exchange or such other securities exchange as may at the applicable time be the principal market for the Common Stock.

  • Optional Exchange means the exchange of the Certificates by the Trust for the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 7(a) hereof.

If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.

  • Equity Award Exchange Ratio means the sum of (A) the Exchange Ratio and (B) the quotient (rounded to four decimal places) obtained by dividing the Per Share Cash Consideration by the Huntington Share Closing Price.

  • Like-Kind Exchange means the exchange of a Replacement Vehicle for a Leased Vehicle in a manner so as to defer the recognition of taxable gain upon the disposition of such Leased Vehicle in accordance with and pursuant to Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
