Company Governing Documents definition

Company Governing Documents means the Company Bylaws and the Company Certificate.

Company Governing Documents means, collectively, the Company Charter and the Company Bylaws.

Company Governing Documents means the articles of incorporation and by-laws of the Company and, where applicable, the certificates, articles and by-laws of its Subsidiaries.
