Company Pension Plan definition

Company Pension Plan means each: (a) Company Employee Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan,” within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA; or (b) other occupational pension plan, including any final salary or money purchase plan.
Company Pension Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(b).
Company Pension Plan means any Company Benefit Plan that is an “employee pension benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”)), whether or not subject to ERISA.

More Definitions of Company Pension Plan

Company Pension Plan means the applicable pension plan of the Company or its subsidiaries, if any, in which the Participant is eligible to participate as of the Date of Grant, which may include either the Dominion Energy Pension Plan or the SCANA Corporation Retirement Plan or any successor thereto, but excluding the cash balance portion of any such plan.
Company Pension Plan means any “employee pension benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA), other than a Multiemployer Plan, that is subject to Title IV of ERISA or is subject to the minimum funding standards under Section 412 of the Code, and that any Loan Party or any ERISA Affiliate sponsors, maintains, or contributes to or is required to contribute to or with respect to which any Loan Party or any ERISA Affiliate otherwise has any obligation or liability (including any contingent liability).
