Company Personal Data definition

Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of the Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

Company Personal Data means Personal Data Processed by Service Provider on behalf of Company.

Examples of Company Personal Data in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, whenever this Agreement or the Contract include provisions relating to the Processing of Company Personal Data (e.g. an obligation to anonymise certain Company Personal Data) such Processing shall be considered an instruction of the Controller pursuant to this Annex.

• Company may in its absolute discretion by written notice require Service Provider to return a complete copy of all Company Personal Data to Company by secure file transfer in such format as is reasonably notified by Company to Service Provider.

• If and to the extent a deletion is not reasonably practicable, the Service Provider shall ensure that the Company Personal Data concerned are anonymized or permanently blocked and protected against unauthorised access, disclosure or use.

• Clause 2.3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the processing of Company Personal Data by a subcontractor in a Third Country.

More Definitions of Company Personal Data

Company Personal Data includes: (a) Personal Data (defined in Section 3.5(a)) obtained by Supplier from Company; (b) Personal Data (from whatever source) being “Processed” by Supplier on behalf of Company; and

Company Personal Data means Personal Data relating to employees, directors or customers of the Company or its Associated Company and any other Personal Data for which the Company is a Data Controller and which is actually Processed by the Contractor in providing the Services to the Company in accordance with the Services Agreement or on the instructions of the Company;

Company Personal Data means any personal data, as defined in the PDPA, collected by the Vendor for the purposes of the Contract; or by the Company and/or its related corporations, their agents and representatives, and third party service providers, and disclosed to the Vendor for the purpose of the Contract.

Company Personal Data is defined in Schedule 7.

Company Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that (i) is obtained by Parent or any of its Affiliates from the Company or any of its Affiliates or Representatives, (ii) is processed by Parent or any of its Affiliates on behalf of the Company or any of its Affiliates, (iii) pertains to the personnel of the Company or any of its Affiliates, or (iv) is created by Parent or any of its Affiliates based on information of the types referred to in any of clauses (i), (ii) or (iii) above.

Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by TD on behalf of Company in TD’s provision of Services.

Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by the Processor or a Subprocessor on behalf of the Company pursuant to or in connection with the Agreement, and may include, for example, Personal Data of Company’s employees, clients, customers, creditors, equity interest holders, or counter-parties;
