Compensation Unit definition

Compensation Unit has the meaning ascribed to such term on the second page of this Agreement;

Compensation Unit has the meaning given to it on the second page hereof; "Compensation Warrant" has the meaning given to it on the second page hereof; "Compensation Warrant Share" has the meaning given to it on the second page hereof;

Examples of Compensation Unit in a sentence

• The DAS Classification and Compensation Unit shall conduct an audit of the Dispatchers, Sergeants and Troopers.

• Each Compensation Unit Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one Common Share (a “Compensation Unit Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of $0.12 per Compensation Unit Warrant Share, subject to adjustment, at any time until 1:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the date that is 36 months after the Initial Closing Date.

• The Compensation Warrants have been or prior to the Closing Time will be, duly and validly created and authorized for issuance and when issued and delivered by the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the Compensation Unit Warrant Certificates, the Compensation Warrants will be validly issued.

More Definitions of Compensation Unit

Compensation Unit means a compensation unit consisting of one Common Share in the capital of the Corporation and one Compensation Unit Warrant.
