Conditions of Supply definition

Conditions of Supply means these conditions of supply.
Conditions of Supply means the Conditions of Supply which these Conditions are attached to.
Conditions of Supply means the “Conditions of Supply of Electricity of Distribution Licensee in the State of Karnataka” approved by the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission and as amended from time to time.

  • We hereby undertake to comply with all the requirements of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Rules and Regulations framed there under, provisions of the tariffs, applicable Charges and the General Terms and Conditions of Supply approved by the Telangana State Electricity Regulatory Commission herein after called as “Commission” from time to time and agree not to dispute the same.

  • In the event a provision of the Agreement or these General Terms and Conditions of Supply prove to contain a gap, this omission shall be filled with a legally permissible provision which as closely as possible approaches the economic intent of the Agreement and the purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Supply and which the contracting parties would have agreed upon if they had given thought to this issue.

  • No other document, including but not limited to purchase order, Xxxxx’s General Terms and Conditions of Supply, Letter of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Letter of Credit, etc.

  • The Consumer shall deposit a security whenever required by the Undertaking as specified by Clause 11.1 of Conditions of Supply and Section 47 of the Act; such sum as shall represent the value of one months’ previous consumption as Security for the due payment for energy supplied under this Agreement and of any sum which may become payable to the Undertaking under this Agreement.

  • The Consumer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of all Conditions (i.e. Conditions of Supply) made by the Undertaking and Electricity Supply Code approved by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission from time to time not inconsistent with the Act or the License.


More Definitions of Conditions of Supply

Conditions of Supply means the conditions set out in paragraph 12;
Conditions of Supply means CPIIS’s standard terms and conditions of supply in the form set out in Schedule 1 and which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement and into each Call Off;
Conditions of Supply means Aero Defence Standard Specifications and Conditions of Sub contract to which goods and/or services provided under an Order are, where appropriate, subject;
Conditions of Supply means Milspec Services’ Standard Specifications and Conditions of Sub-contract to which goods and/or services provided under an Order are, where appropriate, subject;
Conditions of Supply means GSE Services’ Standard Specifications and Conditions of Sub-contract to which goods and/or services provided under an Order are, where appropriate, subject;

Related to Conditions of Supply

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • Conditions of Carriage means these conditions of carriage.

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

  • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • Conditions of Issue means the Conditions of Issue of Octopus published by us as amended from time to time, which can be obtained from us or downloaded from our website at www.octopus.com.hk ;

  • Standard Terms of Supply means the standard terms and conditions for Call-off Contracts set out in Schedule 5.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • Acquisition and Construction Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • General Conditions Cost means costs incurred and minor work performed by Contractor without the need for competitive bids/proposals. The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”. The maximum allowable General Conditions Cost payable to Contractor during the Construction Phase of the Project is set out in Exhibit “A” attached to this Agreement.

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Terms-of-service agreement means an agreement that controls the relationship between a user and a custodian.

  • Pipeline Construction means a substantial disturbance to agricultural land associated with installation, replacement, removal, operation or maintenance of a pipeline, but shall not include work performed during an emergency. Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Limited Resource Constraint means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year and for FRR Capacity Plans the 2017/2018 and Delivery Years, for the PJM Region or each LDA for which the Office of the Interconnection is required under Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.10(a) to establish a separate VRR Curve for a Delivery Year, a limit on the total amount of Unforced Capacity that can be committed as Limited Demand Resources for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year in the PJM Region or in such LDA, calculated as the Limited Demand Resource Reliability Target for the PJM Region or such LDA, respectively, minus the Short Term Resource Procurement Target for the PJM Region or such LDA, respectively.

  • Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.
