Consolidated Parties definition

Consolidated Parties means a collective reference to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, and "Consolidated Party" means any one of them.
Consolidated Parties means Holdings and each of its Subsidiaries whose financial statements are consolidated with Holdings’ financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
