Consolidated Total Assets definition

Consolidated Total Assets means, as at any date, all assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Total Assets means, as of any date, the total assets of Holdings and the consolidated Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP, as set forth on the consolidated balance sheet of Holdings as of such date.
