Examples of Constituent unit in a sentence
Constituent unit shall notify the Contractor in writing of termination pursuant to this section, which notice shall specify the effective date of termination and the extent to which the Contractor must complete its performance under the contract prior to such date.
If Constituent unit believes that the Contractor has not performed according to the contract, constituent unit may withhold payment in whole or in part pending resolution of the performance issue, provided that constituent unit notifies the Contractor in writing prior to the date that the payment would have been due.
