Beginning on July 1, 2015, and every July 1 thereafter, the Minimum Wage shall increase in proportion to the increase, if any, in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers most recently published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor, and shall remain in effect until any subsequent adjustment is made.

This fee may be adjusted for increases in consumer prices for services under the category “Services Less Rent of Shelter” in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.
For purposes of this agreement, the CPI is defined as the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, All Items, as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.
In the event that the Contract is extended beyond seven (7) years, the annual maximum compensation for the Contract in any of those additional years shall not exceed the Contract maximum amount for the prior State Fiscal Year (SFY) plus the annual percent increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Denver- Boulder-Greeley metropolitan area for the calendar year ending during that prior SFY.
