Contact Office means the office of DBTCA located at Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Mail Stop: JCY05-0511 Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 Attn: Xxxxxx Xxxxx, or such other offices in New York, New York as the Administrative Agent may notify the Borrower, the Lenders and the Issuing Lender from time to time in writing.
