Examples of Contract Amount in a sentence
Developer shall deliver to TxDOT, not later than January 31 of each year through Final Acceptance, and upon Final Acceptance, signed certifications regarding suspension, debarment, ineligibility, voluntary exclusion, convictions and civil judgments from Developer, from each affiliate of Developer (as “affiliate” is defined in 29 CFR 105 or successor regulation of similar import), and from each Contractor whose Contract amount equals or exceeds $100,000.
The County shall have no obligation to pay any sum in excess of the total Contract amount specified unless authorized by an amendment in accordance with paragraphs C and P of the County’s General Terms and Conditions.
The Contract amount is based on a percentage split of the total registration fees charged per participant for camp, including extended care fees, at the resident rate, and before fee reductions (“Registration Fees”).
Platform Carrier A is responsible for payment of the Invoice (as defined in a Smart Contract) amount from Platform Carrier B regardless of whether its customers pay for the calls related to such Invoice or they are allegedly fraudulent calls.
